Treetop Villas is specially designed by Suntrust Properties to be a tranquil, relaxing community with resort-style amenities and convenient facilities for the residents to enjoy.

The residential tower—with its three clusters—offers low-density condominium community living for all residents, with only eight to 12 residential floors in every cluster. Almost half of the entire Treetop Villas is dedicated to beautifully landscaped parks, amenities, and open spaces, which provides residents a quiet, relaxing sanctuary from all the hustle and bustle of the city surrounding them.
